We fully design assessment centres for talent acquisition and development purposes, as well as assess on predesigned centres on existing assessment projects. Irrespective of the structure and design of the centre, we always apply the best practice ORCE methodology (observe, record, classify and evaluate) when assessing a range of exercises such as; competency based interviews, roleplays and case study based presentations. All outcomes are written in a structured and succinct report format linked directly to the relevant competencies measured. This can be done in person across the globe or 100% virtually.

Think back to that ONE great manager that positively impacted your career. What did they say and do that made you feel seen, heard, and understood? How did they show up when you were winning at work, and the times when it all became overwhelming? How has that shaped and influenced who you are professionally today?

When reflecting on some of our most memorable career moments, we’re often reminded of a great manager who supported and championed our potential. They believed in us, stretched us, celebrated us, and connected us to a wider purpose. Those are the individuals that we remember throughout the trajectories of our careers, and often it’s those individuals who shape and armour our inner dialogues with resilience and self-belief to face whatever we experience.
Without a doubt, the role of a manager is critical, and the great ones bridge the organisation’s strategic objectives, values, and vision to successful outcomes at the front line. One Great Manager is a reflective card deck solution that guides senior professionals into thinking more like a great manager. Based on a depth of research on what makes a great manager along with hundreds of coaching hours and psychometric analyses conducted with managers and leaders across the world, we’ve devised a set of questions that professionals can reflect on to raise their self-awareness and create personal accountability with the purpose of thinking more like a great manager. The card deck is underpinned by the One Great Manager behavioural framework which we established and consists of seven key areas that represent all the great things a great manager does. Coming Soon.
